Poor Quality Control and not welling to go extra miles to rectify their faults
Bought 7 pallets (3500) of small bricks. Quality was very bad, most of them disintegrated. I went to complain, surprisingly I was not the 1st customer to complain about the quality of the bricks. I was told to bring the bricks back. Just imagine, I have to spend more money for transport and labour (loading the bricks into the truck). They should have done their quality control before selling, for me it's a loose-loose situation. Since it's their mistake, they should have collected the bricks and replaced them. This is very sad.

Poor Quality Control - not taking accountability for their failures
Poor Quality Control. I bought 7 pallets/ 3500 small bricks. Only the 1st pallet was in a good quality. 3000 bricks were very bad, the bricks disinterested. I went to complain about the quality. Surprisingly I was not the 1st person to complain. They told me to bring the bricks back. After paying for delivery, I've to pay again for labour/ loading the bricks to the truck and delivery to and from builders. It's very painful to see so the small pieces. For me is a loose-loose situation.
