Deceptive, Aggressive & Unprofessional – Avoid TELECOM 1023!

I strongly advise others to steer clear of TELECOM 1023. Their tactics are dishonest, and their customer service is non-existent . I am extremely disappointed with the ********* and misleading practices of TELECOM 1023. A representative named Tracy repeatedly called our business under the false pretence of simply “updating our telephone details.” She insisted it was a FREE service and never once mentioned anything about advertising, payment. Even after I mentioned numerous times that if there is a cost I am not interested. Eventually I filled in the form and sent it to her, the very next day I receive an invoice. I immediately reply saying to credit the invoice as I purposely noted free service. The rude staff and millions of phone calls didn't stop. When I tried to resolve the issue, the so-called “managers” were completely useless — unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to take any accountability. To make matters worse, the tone used by their staff, was aggressive and bullying. The form we were asked to sign had fine print so small it’s practically unreadable, and it was never explained that this was for a paid advertising listing. Now, we’re being harassed by debt collectors for something we never knowingly agreed to. This is a ****-like operation that preys on businesses through deception and ************. I strongly urge others to stay far away from TELECOM 1023. Their practices are *********, their staff are aggressive, and their customer service is non-existent. If there was a worse rating than 1 Star they would get that.
