Claimed at the beginning of this month and my claim is still on Assessment... Called them they said I must send an email with my 3months bank statement and my id copy I did that even though I am surprised cause this is not the first time I claim...i constantly have to do a follow up regarding my case and no one is communicating with me or giving me feed back regarding this,so im so disappointed on their customer service..and lack of communication
