RS FINANCIAL SERVICES IS USELESS
I have no alternative option but to turn to HELLO PETER to vent my frustrasions about RS FINANCIAL SERVICES. They are one of the worst companies i have dealt with in years. Their service is PATHETIC to say the least. They never contact you back, they never respond to any messages sent. NOW it gets even worse, they have deducted money from my account to pay my accounts on my behalf. Now i get messages from Lawyers stating that they havent paid my account for February. So basically they stole my money, refuse to answer my calls and messages and is not paying my accounts. Secondly, I have been with them for a year to remove my debt review status. To date NOTHING has been done. I paid them the required R7000 for Lawyers fees. But a year later, the Lawyers dont even respond to my messages. They told me it would take 4 months, its now 12 months and R7000 later and I am still under debt review. They lie, *****, cheat and bluntly refuse to take ownership. Im still waiting for them to call me, but im wasting my time!! Please stay away from them, they might seem like the answer to your problems. But they are not!!!!!

RS FINANCE IS USELESS
I must be honest, this is the worst service i have ever experienced, and i thought TELKOM was bad. This place is even worse. I paid the R7000 to remove my debt review flag and they take R2000 every month to pay my debts. Guess what? NOTHING has come from it. After numerous email after email after email, because their lines dont work. Seems like the person behind the computer isnt working either. I have tried every thing in the book to get answers from them 7 months down the line and STILL nothing. If i could give you advise, stay clear of them. Stay far far away from them. They are useless, unresponsive and down right ******* taking your money and then just dissappear.
