This company is the worst, if you haven’t joined DONT!! I’ve been trying to cancel this insurance for more than 2 years instead last month I was ****med again R3000. When I tried to claim the money back they said they’ll refund me within 48 hours that didn’t happen instead 4 days later an advisor calls me and tries to silence me by bribing to pay me R2500. You service is very poor and I regret joining.0 replies
