Poor Service Delivery and Lack of Communication I am deeply dissatisfied with the service recieved from RTT. My parcel was "Out for Delivery" on Thursday the 22nd, later that day the status of parcel was changed to "Route Recalled" it has been exactly a week later and no form of communication has been made to me with regards to this matter. Emails and several WhatsApp queries have been made to them with no sufficient reply from RTT as to where my parcel is and when it is going to be delivered and I am currently unable to track my parcel. Will definitely not bw ordering from Woolworths Online while they still using this courier company.
This company is the worst, if you haven’t joined DONT!! I’ve been trying to cancel this insurance for more than 2 years instead last month I was ****med again R3000. When I tried to claim the money back they said they’ll refund me within 48 hours that didn’t happen instead 4 days later an advisor calls me and tries to silence me by bribing to pay me R2500. You service is very poor and I regret joining.
