Appreciate the Effort
My experience with Plant Index started off on the wrong foot. I initially faced several issues, including on my previous review communication, or unsatisfactory workmanship, which left me quite disappointed. However, I appreciate that after raising my concerns, the contractor took the feedback seriously and made a real effort to fix the situation.

Disappointed with Late Delivery
I’m really disappointed with my experience. I ordered equipment that was urgently needed, and it arrived much later than promised. There was little to no communication about the delay, and I had to follow up multiple times to get any kind of update.

Good Service, Room for Improvement
I had a good overall experience with the service. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they addressed my concerns in a timely manner. Communication was clear, and I appreciated the professional tone throughout. There were a couple of small issues along the way—nothing major, but enough to keep it from being a 5-star experience. That said, they handled everything respectfully and made an effort to resolve things properly. I’d definitely consider using them again and would recommend them to others, especially if you're looking for responsive and polite customer service.
