I'm reaching out about my online order placed this evening at 5:40 PM with an estimated delivery time of 6:00-6:30 PM. It's now 9:36 PM and I haven't received my order or any updates. I've tried contacting you multiple times, but haven't gotten a response.
I recently ordered from Yassir, but when I received my items, some were missing. I've reached out to their customer support via chat and email, but haven't gotten a response or a refund.
