AVOID BLUEBERRY MATRIX!!
I am absolutely appalled and disappointed in the service I received today at Matrix Blueberry. The technician proceeded to strip the *****s on my MacBook and with force try and pry the backing off while the *****s were still in. When he couldn't he then requested that me as the customer attempt to open it and then proceeded to go on with other work. He was banging to try get the *****s out and when he realised he had damaged my MacBook he ran off to the bathroom. I am absolutely disgusted at the lack of care and respect I received. I do not recommended matrix blueberry to anyone. The other staff members had warned us that he is not good and we must look at his reviews. Stay far away!

The service I received was so quick and I was updated every step of the way
The service I received was so quick and I was updated every step of the way. I received live tracking information so I could make sure I was available to collect the package. The driver was so friendly and notified me when he had arrived. Overall the experience was so convenient! Speedy delivery! Highly recommend
