Car track unit, won't assist to remove.but they want money
I got a car track unit, i sold my vehicle. Now i want to remove the unit!! But with no luck. I sold the vehicle 3 months back and the unit is still in the vehicle. I have to pay for something i can't use!!! So on month 3 i reverse the debit order, nou they can call me 50 times a day !!!! They want here money. And i told them please assist me to get my unit back then i will make payment. But still with now luck. They still calling. The more i ask them to assist the more they told me to pay!!!!!!!! HOW MUST I PAY FOR SOMETHING I HAVEN'T GOT!!! I WON'T PAY TILL THEY CAN REMOVE MY UNIT!!!!!!! VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Manger of this training center . Have no people skills
The trainging center in randfontein from anglo is up to sh#t . I will never never go here again. All the poeple working there. From the gate to the manger. You can't supply them wit n company number then the manger calls you in , you explain to him. He is on his phone the hole time. Then tells you .you have to leave his place. Then you ask him why? Ask him to give me a letter to explain? Then he calls the security to take you out!!

Budget insurance, claims very very very poor
I am very very disappointed with this service!! I have the app on my phone, when they stole my things, I pressed that claim button for 2 day!! Nothing I had to call them, then they wanted A1 and A2 letters form the police, i had to take of work to get these paperwork for them Then very day someone new phones you to ask the same questions the previous person asked Then you get a message to inform you will be updated in to days ( going now for 4 weeks) Then I phone them to ask the progress on the claim Then they tell you next week Tuesday, Tuesday comes you get a message you will be informed in 2 days!!! I really don’t know what CAMES this company is playing!!! If they can’t sort this claim before end of this week 26-09-25 then i have no other choice to change insurance, imagine your house burns down!!!or your car get ******!!! What then???? I really thought this insurance is the best!!!
