Poor service and inadequate medals

I'm very disappointed in their service and quality of medals. First I received the wrong medals and had to wait for the correct ones. Then someone calls me a day before I need the medals and tells me it will only arrive on Monday. When I told her I need them today then she told me I have to go fetch the medals myself at the airport. So I had to collect it myself and when I opened the bag I saw some medals had the wrong print and the dome on some of them were loose so I had to fix them so they could be ready the next morning. So the quality of their service and medals makes me feel that I can rather use another company so I can get the product I pay for and talk to workers that care for their customers.
