Disgusted by business owner behavior
I should be giving none starts, this business owner is such a ******* I wrote on hellopeter last week and she contacted me telling me she will right her wrongs and send me another product.. till today I'm still waiting I took the last review off as she asked me to but I've been ****med again.. so I wrote here in the first place about her being unprofessional and I was unhappy with the product I purchased and when I complained and sent messages I was being ignored, blueticked now almost as if I never purchased there I then called and gave my explanation she said she'll get back to me I then sent messages and nothing I've been waiting yet again no communication I then called again she said she's unable to assist I was unhappy and asked how could you be so unprofessional its my first purchase..she cut me off and sent me a message saying I'm a ****...is it okay for business to act this way? After getting support, no remorse nothing. Is it okay for them to be unprofessional and swear customers? I'm disgusted very rude lady that runs this business wish I could upload all the screenshots I have.. sies!!

If I could I wouldn't even give 1 star, I was unhappy with a product and I complained it came in a very big size.. she ended up calling me a "****", I wish I could upload a screenshot
