About a year ago I decided to get a laser cutter

About a year ago I decided to get a laser cutter. It took me 2 months of extensive research and I was still unclear what to get for what to buy. Tried websites and the chats and only got AI responding that did not help much. Then got to 3D and then actually spoke to a human. Brenton even walked the extra few miles to get more information on questions I had. My concern was after sale as well. As I didnt know anyone to ask what if something happens and I need something. Obviously that was no concern if I buy from 3D. Its now 10 months since I got my laser. In this time Brenton has been in contact regularly. Even inspired some items I made. It is so much fun having 3D on my contact list as the sincerity and motivation is REAL
