Excellent after sales service
I would just like to commend the excellent service I received from Create It 3d. I had a problem with my CnC machine, they helped me via WhatsApp giving solutions to resolve my problem. This was after hours when I sent my message and they responded almost immediately and continued to help until the problem was resolved. One doesn't get service like this any more and I will definitely buy from them again.

Excellent after sales service

Great Service
I could not find a specific item anywhere and had even resorted to looking on the famous Chinese mobile shopping app. Fortunately, a search led me to the CREATE IT 3D. Not only did they have stock, but they were by far the cheapest by miles, even with delivery included to the middle of nowhere. Everything went smoothly, from ordering to the speedy delivery. Well done—I will definitely be back for more supplies!

Great Service

About a year ago I decided to get a laser cutter
About a year ago I decided to get a laser cutter. It took me 2 months of extensive research and I was still unclear what to get for what to buy. Tried websites and the chats and only got AI responding that did not help much. Then got to 3D and then actually spoke to a human. Brenton even walked the extra few miles to get more information on questions I had. My concern was after sale as well. As I didnt know anyone to ask what if something happens and I need something. Obviously that was no concern if I buy from 3D. Its now 10 months since I got my laser. In this time Brenton has been in contact regularly. Even inspired some items I made. It is so much fun having 3D on my contact list as the sincerity and motivation is REAL

I bought a new laser machine from them and while working the camera started giving problems
I bought a new laser machine from them and while working the camera started giving problems. Through diagnostics we found the problem. All I can say is that I have had the best service as in 2 weeks I had a new driver board and the machine was working 💯 %.
