I would just like to commend the excellent service I received from Create It 3d. I had a problem with my CnC machine, they helped me via WhatsApp giving solutions to resolve my problem. This was after hours when I sent my message and they responded almost immediately and continued to help until the problem was resolved. One doesn't get service like this any more and I will definitely buy from them again.
My order arrived the same day I ordered it, which was very unexpected

My interaction with Lungile Zikhali was a pleasant experience and she was very helpful

Be very careful when signing up with this vacation club, read your contact very carefully because there is a lot they don't tell you. Levies are crazy expensive, they don't answer your calls and if you are lucky enough to get someone to pick up the just tell you they will escalate your query and you never hear from them again. They ignore emails and if you try cancel, well good luck with that. I with there was some sort of organisation that policed this industry . I see there are a lot of complaints about this club!!!
I am very dissapointed that I have to write this review as I like the Store but unfortunately their customer serevice online is non existent. I ordered a gazibo on line on the 13th May and paid for it but a week later they contacted me to say there was a mistake on their website and they had no stock. they then tried to sell me something else and eventually agreed to refund my R7546. I have been trying to get my money back since the 18th May and all I get told is that they will contact the accounts department with my query. After many phone calls I have still not recieved my money, no one calls you back and I never get put through to a manager.
Sadly, Mercedes no longer means Service and Reliability My C 250 cdi has been at Mercedes Bedford view for 4 months and counting after my car broke down on the side of the highway at 10:30 pm on the 4th of May. I was told this was due to parts failure with I suppose can happen, however subsequent to that there has been a part failure after part failure with the latest being an electronic component on the gearbox with no end in sight, the vehicle only has 110 000 km on the clock and just out of warranty. As far as service is concerned I have had very little service from my Service Adviser Jan and in desperation have spoken to the Service manager and workshop managers with little success. After 3 and a half months I was offered a loan car by Jan, I am still waiting for it! I see the new C series is advertised with over 6000 new parts, I am wondering if that is because the parts in the previous model keep failing. If this car was yours MR CEO of Mercedes what would you do, in frustration it seems I now need to turn to social media to try resolve a very poor reflection on the Brand.
