I booked a fiber installation with Internet-SA two weeks in advance of moving to minimise downtime. Despite this, I had to phone repeatedly the day before and on the actual day of installation just to confirm anything, because they provided no communication or updates. Two days before my scheduled installation, a storm damaged their infrastructure. Fair enough – but instead of honouring my booking or offering any temporary solution, they went ahead and installed for other clients on the very same day, while completely disregarding my confirmed slot. No accountability, no transparency, just excuses. Their lack of communication is appalling. When it comes to payments and billing, they are quick and efficient – but when it comes to service, they leave you entirely in the dark. They claim on their website: “We provide fast, reliable, and affordable internet solutions, delivering everything you need to connect, collaborate, and stream your life.” That could not be further from the truth. I am left frustrated, angry, and extremely disappointed in the way Internet-SA treats its clients.
