I've never called a company like I call sygnia and no one gives me a reason why my claim has not reflected yet. The level of unprofessionalism from some agents through the phone will have you calling back to atleast speak to someone better. It's been over a month no communication whatsoever, I am the one who's constantly calling and been given the runaround. This business is not worth an investment really companies should reconsider getting in business with this highly unprofessional company especially when it comes to dealing with people's investments. Really disappointed.
Treatment here is very poor. Upon arrival blankets and bedding weren't clean smelt very horrible and we gave them a chance to rectify their mistake the next morning. Pool was only opened the next day after we arrived we let it be. After complaining about one room which was the worst all other rooms were still not attended to and cleaned as the one which was complained about. We are not allowed to make "breakfast". Rooms are not equally catered for I am referring to tea and coffee ingredients. As a group that booked I believe noise should be expected and we be notified about it before finalizing honestly we cannot be mute from Thursday until Sunday. I would never recommend this to anyone even it were reasonable. Horrible stay.
