I am once again disappointed by Supabets. I’ve made a withdrawal but now when I try to check the status of my withdrawal it says that I cannot make a withdrawal because my account is inactive. How was my account inactive when I was able to deposit and play but when I’ve won and make a withdrawal I’m told it’s inactive. I’m trying not to log out coz if my account is deactivated I will no longer be able to log in and won’t be able to track my withdrawal. Why does it have to be a struggle with Supabets if I want to make a withdrawal.
I am unhappy with the service I’m getting at Avis budget in Montana. My refund keeps being postponed. I returned their car with a full tank and in good condition on the 6th of January at exactly 10am. Before I took the car I asked about their deposit refund and they said 7days, when I returned the car I asked again and they still said 7days. Last week on the 12th of February I called and they said give it 3 more days. I waited. Yesterday the 23rd I called again, the agent said during the course of the week. What is the course of the week?this is not a definite answer and they are not committing themselves. They are strict with the return time but take their time refunding.
Supabet isn’t helpful at all. I made a withdrawal of R14000 and I was told to send my documents for fica re-verification, I did that and it was successful. Late last night I called about my withdrawal and they said it has been accepted by the system and the withdrawal department will process it. 26hrs later I’m still waiting for my withdrawal. The colustomer centre is taking me from pilar to post. I’m never betting with them again
I’m unable to make withdrawals on my account and was told to re send my fica documents, I’ve done as required and Musa from the fica WhatsApp number said the fica department will get back to me but I’m still waiting instead I’m being taken from pillar to post. Why were we not informed about this fica before we can make deposits and why are we not being assisted. Also we are given the fica WhatsApp number but Musa tells me the fica department will get back to me. Khanti which department is the fica WhatsApp number????
I’ve made a withdrawal of R2100,00 on the 15th November 2025, the status of the withdrawal shows to have been approved, I however have not received an sms or the voucher for withdrawal. I tried to contact them via the chat but as always I’m still waiting for an agent to be allocated. These agents are never available to assist. I have numerous times waited for them but have never gotten any help. EasyBet has overtime proven to me to be the worst site. I’m disappointed and utterly unhappy with their services.
I am very disappointed with absa I logged a complaint with them on the 13th of September a week later when I called only then the consultant escalated the matter, and it was attended to. But upon them attending to it I get taken from pillar to post, they required information from the merchant and the merchant has made it very clear to them that they have received what was owed to them, however the money that is pending from my account doesn’t belong to them. Instead of absa reversing that money to my available balance they are still referring me back to the merchant and now I ask as an absa client is my money safe with them because with these transactions I can see the money is there on my current account they only have to transfer it back to my available balance but instead they are taking me from pillar to post, why??? 1st that transaction was a duplicate to begin with and they can also see it on their side. But Elliot Motsepe still says they need confirmation from the merchant, the merchant has confirmed but absa still can’t reverse. Which further steps must I take so that absa takes me seriously and after this I don’t think I can continue banking with absa because they can’t be trusted.
