Poor bookmarking
Been on live chat for 20 minutes now waiting for assistance with my withdrawal. What shocks me when you make small withdrawal it's automatically approved instantly but every time i make huge withdrawal it takes days till i cancel and end up losing the money... 24hrs would pass without approval

I won on easybet and made three withdrawals, an hour later I wanted to set a deposit limit but for some reason the site put me on self exclusion. I waited for my funds but they are not being credited I contacted the chat and spoke to Andrea at first she said she would assist then she told me they cannot do anything about the self exclusion and secondly my funds are on hold till the exclusion expires. I asked for a manger and she ended the chat. I initiated a new chat but it’s been an hour and a half and no agent has entered the chat, went to instagram they responded but as soon as I told them my issue they disappeared. I have always withdrawn with immediate payouts and never had a limit to how many times I can with draw, this is a tactic to get people to reverse their withdrawal so they can eat their money. Secondly their process to reduce limits or self exclusion is wrong the confirmation asked of if I wanted to set a limit but out of the blue it’s an exclusion then they cannot fix nothing. I am reporting this to the board, there is no where on the withdrawal page that speaks about these limits and they should be able to correct system issues and their char is supposed to be available 24/7

Absolutely the worst they wil let you get like 2 or 3 wins and after that they just start taking and taking your money its like the sit has a on and of switch its ons when you deposit and the the will let you win a bit just so that you stay a bit longer and then you just start losing over and over again the can say what the whant its rigged if it was random than you will win or lose at the same rate not just always lose

Deposit Missing Despite Proof Provided
I am extremely frustrated with the service received. I made a deposit which was deducted from my bank account but never reflected in my EasyBet account. I have sent my bank statement multiple times, along with screenshots clearly showing the transaction, yet the issue remains unresolved. Instead of properly investigating, I keep receiving the same responses with no real feedback. I am repeatedly told that they cannot see the transaction, despite it clearly reflecting on my bank statement. There has also been ongoing confusion regarding a decline fee, which relates to a completely separate, second transaction that was declined. This has nothing to do with the original payment, yet it keeps being incorrectly referenced. To make matters worse, my bank statement has been questioned, which is unacceptable given that it is official proof of payment. Very disappointing experience.

I wouldn't even give them a star, I deposited an amount of 10k from my savings account where I put my money for safety, then won 41k, they rejected my withdrawal and said its a huge amount they need a bank statement for verification, I sent the proof of account and that small statement transaction from my savings but they denied them and said they need an old statement from the savings account, mind you this account was funded via my normal day to day account and doesn't have too many transactions as it's for saving money not using day to day. Even on my online banking app the statement transaction is the same but they refuse to give me my winnings meaning I've lost my deposit and winnings at the same time

Second payment isn't showing on my easybet account
I sent all the screenshots they wanted, but now suddenly those are not good enough they now want a bank statement like it's never ending. I won three times money in a row in one day which was on 2 April 2036. They just refused to release my third winning because I need to wait 24 hours for them to release my third withdrawal my goodness It is my money why curbing me to put a hold on my withdrawals my goodness I paid my money to win that amount now I need to wait for it 24 hours I selected an instant EFT option when I made the withdrawal now they delay the release of the funds and come with their policies and rules It is my money I want it and I need it now not later not after 24 hours my goodness

I have been playing on easybets slots since the day the casino started and I was happy the whole time, but on the 31march 2026 made a deposit 1000 via ozow which I played with and lost, made a mistake and made a repeat deposit of the same transaction, which didn't go through but was taken from my account I contacted easybet for assistance with refund they sent me from pillar to post, I sent them everything they asked for but still no assistance.
