Been on live chat for 20 minutes now waiting for assistance with my withdrawal. What shocks me when you make small withdrawal it's automatically approved instantly but every time i make huge withdrawal it takes days till i cancel and end up losing the money... 24hrs would pass without approval

Very poor, it's been 4 days now since i lost connection and I've reported it. People came here yesterday and left without fixing anything they gave me numbers which I've been calling from 8am been on hold for over 40 minutes. Even when it's working it remains poor cos i can't watch tv properly it keeps buffering and cutting the view mind up it's a 30/30 mbps. I wouldn't advice anyone to join this

So my policy was canceled on june 2024 and 02 july 2024 i called to request a link to make the payment in order to reinstate my policy then i completed the self inspection on the app as required. On the 14th july i saw that my policy was inactive, i called on 15th july, 16th july i sent the proof of pay then my policy was reinstate on the 19th July then on the 20th july i completed another inspection on the app again then i logged a claim same day after completing the inspection, on the 22nd june i got a call that my claim is declined due to missing inspection i sent the screenshot of my app to show that i did it. I feel ripped of but it's fine I'll fight for it

i bought my car on Dec 23 2021, 3 Days later i found the panick button is not working properly. i told them and they said they will send a technician till today 14 Jan 2022 i haven't received and call from Netstar i'm the one who's always calling
