I am extremely frustrated with the service received. I made a deposit which was deducted from my bank account but never reflected in my EasyBet account. I have sent my bank statement multiple times, along with screenshots clearly showing the transaction, yet the issue remains unresolved. Instead of properly investigating, I keep receiving the same responses with no real feedback. I am repeatedly told that they cannot see the transaction, despite it clearly reflecting on my bank statement. There has also been ongoing confusion regarding a decline fee, which relates to a completely separate, second transaction that was declined. This has nothing to do with the original payment, yet it keeps being incorrectly referenced. To make matters worse, my bank statement has been questioned, which is unacceptable given that it is official proof of payment. Very disappointing experience.
