WHY DID YOU REMOVER CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS IN KNYSNA? HOW DO YOU EXPECT US TO GO TO PLETTERNBERG BAY OR GEORGE FOR ASSISTANCE?? WHAT ABOUT CREATING JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUTH?? I AM DEFINATELY CHANGING BANKS. I NEED TO GO TO GEORGE OR PLETT FOR A NEW CARD? MOREOVER, YOUR ONLINE SERVICE DOES NOT WORK!! YOU REFFER ME BACK TO THE APP!! URGH! I CANNOT WITH THIS BANK.

Freshstop Crispy Chicken. Bring back Thighs and Drumsticks Only. No more dry chicken portions!
I used to love Crispy Chicken because it focused on thighs, drumsticks, and a generous portion of chips. In fact, I even preferred it to KFC. Unfortunately, things have changed. Crispy Chicken has started adding a variety of chicken portions that are dry, overly salty, and far from enjoyable. To make matters worse, the once-generous chip portions have now been cut down to a disappointing size. You are losing customers and wasting dry chicken portions that we do not want! Bring back thighs and drumsticks and increase the chip sizes. I do not even mind a price increase, but please do not change a system that was working perfectly for us, your loyal customers. The head office is clearly to blame, as this problem is happening at all Astron Fresh Stop stores. We do not like the new Crispy Chicken pieces — and you have certainly lost a customer.
