Worst Experience Ever with no accountability
Utterly disappointed in how my account with the bank have been handled - with no communication and being thrown from pillar to post. As a result I find myself being told I owe just over R7k and this is all because of the banks fault. On pushing back, I was advised this will be reversed and account closed. It's been way over a month and every time I call it's a different answer and feedback with no sign of this being resolved. I am finding myself stuck with this issue and causing a lot of stress and anxiety. Worse service ever!
