Boxer Taung in the mall have horrible client service. Firstly a customer in front of me was asked by the cashier to go back and pack the items that she wanted to leave behind and there was a till packer at the till. Secondly I asked for cash back and cashier rudely said she just arrived and didn’t offer an alternative or ask the next person to assist me with a cash back. When I suggested that to her she said I can go to the next till and rudely asked what must she do with my plastic bags on her till. Lastly a cashier with the name Olorato was carrying a bucket full of hot soapy water, she bumped into me and gave me a disgusted look and didn’t even apologize. I am very disappointed and request a formal apology.
Worst client experience ever. I settled a Telkom account with them on the 8th Sep 2025 and they are refusing to give me my paid up letter. I spoke to mutliple agents and none of them are of any assistance. I want my paid up letter for that account. They are ************* worth because why is it that I have to wait for donkey years for a paid up letter but when they call you to make arrangements they will call you nonstop
