I’ve spent the entire weekend trying to get my work done on QuickBooks Online (South Africa), but the system has become painfully slow. There is severe latency on every transaction I try to log and every report I attempt to open - each action takes more than a minute to process, some just don't open and say "there must be something wrong". This is not the first time I’ve raised this issue; I have logged similar complaints before, yet the problem persists. It feels as though QuickBooks is not taking this seriously or has no intention of fixing it. I rely on QuickBooks to manage my business finances efficiently, but at this point it has virtually ground to a halt. I simply cannot afford to lose hours waiting for basic transactions to load. I love using QuickBooks and have been for years (Since 2007) I am really disappointed in the state of affairs. It's almost like they joint the ranks of the rest of insufficient South African service providers. Are there others out there that experience the same problem?
