We have been using quickbooks for years. But it has become unbareable. The program online is incredibly slow. FULL of bugs, with no real support. I have to manually log invoices now as my VAT has just dissapeared and is gone from all my old quotes and invoices. My accountants hate it too. one cannot work like this. I'm in so much stress and trouble because of this. I'll be cancelling and moving to a different service provider.

We have been using quickbooks for years. But it has become unbareable. The program online is incredibly slow. FULL of bugs, with no real support. takes ages to load, some many site issues, very iconsostent and very damaging to any small business. Absoloutely useless support which NEVER assists with anything. i regert signing up with this company

Really enjoy using this platform for my accounting and bookkeeping. it has multiple options for users who require different specs, the program has online assistance as well as tutorial videos. it gets easier to use if you understand the basics of Debits and credits. it can connect to your bank account and upload live transaction so you don't waste time, and I can access this platform from any device and anywhere. #BlackFriday

QuickBooks Online are the worst accounting software and the most useless customer service. They can do a lot to assist with issues such as exporting complete customer information (as when you try and do an export it only takes some little bits of information which leaves you with 4 Excell sheets that you must spend hours on end manually manipulating in order to get a single line with all information to do a import into a new company. However, this can actually be done if you are in a higher package but despite the fact that you have 5 companies in the lower package, they are thus in my opinion not prepared to assist you with this. You are left to do hours of work on your own. I will most certainly advise anyone that is even considering QuickBooks to save yourself a lot of trouble and issues and rather choose another accounting system. It is just unacceptable the way that there are so many basic functions, such as creating job cards, QuickBooks cannot do. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

I’ve spent the entire weekend trying to get my work done on QuickBooks Online (South Africa), but the system has become painfully slow. There is severe latency on every transaction I try to log and every report I attempt to open - each action takes more than a minute to process, some just don't open and say "there must be something wrong". This is not the first time I’ve raised this issue; I have logged similar complaints before, yet the problem persists. It feels as though QuickBooks is not taking this seriously or has no intention of fixing it. I rely on QuickBooks to manage my business finances efficiently, but at this point it has virtually ground to a halt. I simply cannot afford to lose hours waiting for basic transactions to load. I love using QuickBooks and have been for years (Since 2007) I am really disappointed in the state of affairs. It's almost like they joint the ranks of the rest of insufficient South African service providers. Are there others out there that experience the same problem?

My bank keeps giving me errors and to get support is a big issue. They are quick to sell you the package and make these big promises that they will support you but when you contact them there is nothing nadda. Stay away much better programs besides them. Mr Rohit Navanitoh Karishananan praised himself during our first call on how people praise him for his good service but if you email him he doesn't even acknowledge you or no reply. This company is all talk and no action. The worst I am moving my business elsewhere.

Very dissapointed in the customer support. For days now we have been unable to update or link our Business Banking Account (ABSA) in South Africa. Support only says engineers are working on the issue. We are paying for a service we are not getting. We specifically chose QBO because of the linking to the bank account, but that is not working. I would not recommend QBO. We spoke to our banking institute, they don't have any issues on their side. QBO suppirt said the issue is on QBO side, but no resolution to fix the problem.
