FICA not updated. Staff do not do what they are supposed to do. Call ref C0029288223. Issue has been going on since May last year. Everything required was uploaded to your KYC portal 21 May, 20 August more questions - all details emailed to Carmelita Maneville and your BCBSA email address. Yesterday I get another email telling me paperwork is still outstanding. Emailed above two people again. No reply. Called your call center. Very pleasant assistant - gave me the email address of my personal banker (Tarynlee Naidoo) so I emailed her - no reply. Tried to call Tarynlee on the number provided by the call center and just ended up in the queue for another call center. I am so frustrated. Cannot get hold of anyone and I really do not know what Standard Bank still require from me as no one responds. Yet you threaten to close our account but I am doing everything I can from my side, but no effort from your staff? Please advise how we can sort this out. Thank you
Waterstone Village refers : the club is completely over crowded. Can't find parking unless you go early in the morning. Maintenance is sad at the best of times - I think the racks for holding the mats in the studio have been broken for about 4 months now. The basins in the ladies toilets remain blocked for days. And we still cant get modern equipment like pilates reformers or rebounders, yet it is one of the more expensive clubs. Used to be a good club but is no longer.
How can you not secure the rights to the Winter Olympics? Shameful. One of the most important items on the sporting calender yet you cannot give us coverage. It is like sanctions and going back to apartheid years. Just shocking.....
I have been trying to sort out a charge that should not be on mine or my mothers account, for 4 days now. Called your call center twice and that was hopeless. Ended up going into your Helderberg Branch and spoke to Lindiwe who spoke to her manager and they promised to reverse the two charges and call me by Tuesday. It is now Thursday, the charges have not been reversed and I have not heard from either of them. It refers to the R49 charge on the Consolidator accounts - we have the rebate option and the balance never dropped below R10000,00, yet all of a sudden these charges are going thru. Over two hours of my time wasted already and still no resolution.
Second time in a short while- offline again. Cannot see bank accounts or customers, cannot allocate payments or transfer funds. Stock items missing. Not good enough!!!!
Our home loan is paid up. Yet you still took the debit orders off this month and now you tell us it will take 3 weeks minimum to refund us??? NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! Your mistake - and yet you want to sit on our money ??? This should not take more than 2 days to refund. Why was the debit order not cancelled up front when we paid the loan off???? Understand you need to take the admin fee but not the whole debit order!!! SORT IT OUT NOW!!!
Baseline Civil Construction : Construction work cnr R304 and Hoopenberg Road. You have 5 traffic patrollers there and not one of them has a foggy clue what is going on. They sit in the shade with their 2 way radios and completely misdirect traffic. Where is your site manager? Waste everyones time and create dangerous situations. Please attend to.
Vergelegen Plein Cafe. Absoloutely no service. Sat for 45 minutes and not one staff member approached us, brought menus. Nothing. Next time will go to Mugg and Bean opposite
We booked a car for hire during December holidays in Durban for a week. Had excellent service all round from Woodford. Would definitely recommend them and we will use them again. Thank you for your all round professionalism.
Sent in a claim and specifically said on the email we do not want a refund from the savings account. We only want it noted for tax purposes. But then you refund. WHY DO YOU NOT READ THE EMAILS PROPERLY!! Very frustrating. PLEASE EMPLOY PEOPLE THAT ARE LITERATE AND CAN READ AND UNDERSTAND.
