Transfer and registration of the House at deeds office JHB
HellowPeter Beginning of February 2025 i decided to sell my House and list it with the agent from krugersdorp MlS Properties. We identified the conveyencing attoneys in krugersdorp, of which the attoneys did everything #Paper work. They calleds the deeds to check on my house status, and to find that my house is a free hold, i can sell it anytime. After the whole process has been done and the attoneys lodge for registration, Deeds office tell them that my house cant be registered because is a Lease Hold, and in that case i have to wait for minister of Agriculture to sign for my House to be transferred. they are saying after 1994 the lease changed. Deeds says minister will take 3months to register and the actual time for me to transfer my house might take 99yrs, were will i be that time? what would have happened to my kids? I am buying a house for my kids and what if the Minister decided not to sign for how long must i wait. i am sitting in a Property's that have bad memories and haunt my kids i want to move, but with Deeds refusing is hard on us. i have new neighbors' how did they buy and sell their houses if i cannot sell mine. Access fee never paid back is 4months now
Poor refund on my Access fee after accident, no communication, i always have to send emails, do follow ups for my money to be paid to me. being their client for more than 5yr, I'm not happy at all. My way doesn't treat me with respect.
