I purchased a Tissot Seastar 1000 Powermatic online and collected it from the store, only to find it had visible scratches and was missing the tag. I contacted customer care and dealt with Celeste, who was extremely unhelpful and ***********. She asked me to send the watch to the head office for inspection. After weeks of waiting, the watch was returned in even worse condition, 2 links missing and none of my concerns were addressed. I wouldn’t purchase anything online from Bella Luna.
