They will not honor any warranty they give you!

Please people DO NOT use this company. I had my pool re-marbelited in 2023 and was given a 7-year warranty on the work. Now in October 2025, I have a few spots that look worn out already. When I called Johan, he said he I should send him the pics. I did so immediately and after a week he has still not even bothered to open the pics. I called two days after sending the pics and he said he would call me back later that day. I am still waiting for his call. Now when I call it goes straight to voicemail. The 7-year warranty is not worth the paper it is written on and he and his wife (I assume) Natsaha will simply ghost you. Eventually you will give up. I could not even get Johan back to my place to have a look at the walls.
