After a call was logged via VOX, Vumatel came out the next morning. The technician was friendly and efficient and sorted out our line quickly. We were soon back up and running. Thank you very much for the prompt service during holiday season.

Make sure you deal with Marlize for a better experience
To be honest, the lack of communication was frustrating at times even when physically going to the office to meet with a consultant face to face. However, more recently we started dealing with Marlize van Wyk who was a real star! She always responded to our emails and answered our questions comprehensively. We wish he had dealt with her from the start, it would have made the experience better. We definitely recommend dealing with her - she truly cares! Thank you for all your help Marlize.

Exceptional Experience with Megan from Maplanga Africa
I received exceptional service and advice from Megan at Maplanga Africa. She helped to make my dream of giving my sister an incredible 40th birthday to Vic Falls possible! We stayed at the David Livingstone Safari Lodge & Spa (Zambia). She secured a great SADC deal for us and made it all possible. She was efficient, pleasant do deal with, gave great advice and answered all my questions. Everything went so smoothly! I would highly recommend Maplanga Africa for anyone wanting to book a trip to Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana or Namibia. The entire experience was fantastic!! Thank you so much!
