Absolutely awful as my previous statement below . He is now apparently working under a different name .... My job was still never completed

As soon as I signed the papers the drama began . No replies .lies about orders and refusal to refund money owed for orders not made . Fortunately his father came to our assistance. The father has now left and son has opened his own business....can't see him getting far . Be careful .check references and query new businesses.

No loyalty
After being a member for 10 plus years I now get an over 30% increase because my dog is older and they paid out 4 claims over the past .year. plus didn't pay out others !!! Rude staff when questioned. .. loyalty clearly means nothing .
