I still need your assistance please, I haven't received my refund from FlyCool that failed to install fibre for me even though I paid, they don't have any customer service or anyone I can contact please intervene and assist me get my refund please
FlyCool is really running a **** and hiding under Vuma, in January I paid R439 for Fibre that they didn't activate due to Mphile giving me a wrong link I'm still waiting for that refund and I had to pay again moving to the new house I needed Fibre I paid on the 26th of February they didn't install at all I was forced to cancel, cause of the run around, I canceled 5th of March and requested my second refund I'm still waiting please intervene and help me get my money back
I have been with FlyCool for their Fiber service that they now fail to provide me yet I paid full amount it's been 3 full days no assistance whatsoever they are unreachable, when I send them WhatsApp and give all the details required I get the same response always that an agent will get back to me yet they only call you phone rings once and goes off no number to return the call or reach them, please deal with this company for me as I have exhausted all my sources and still can't be assisted
