I was assisted by Maki ( Alberton & Germiston) and unfortunately my experience wasn’t positive. Communication was very poor , calls were often not answered and messages went without response at times. This made the process extremely stressful. The key handover was disorganised and not well managed. In addition , the seller failed to provide an updated house plan as renovations were done on the property. Overall, I expected a more professional and reliable service

The key handover was disorganised and not well managed. In addition both Maki and the seller failed to provide an updated house plan, even though renovations were done on the property. I was told to go to the municipal office to get it myself. Overall, I expected a more professional and reliable service.
