The house itself was lovely, and I initially enjoyed my stay, but the way management handled things afterward was completely unprofessional and disappointing. After I left, there was an issue with my ID being left behind. I reached out politely and suggested that both sides share responsibility for the courier cost to return it. Instead of communicating with me or giving me any notice, they silently took the funds from my breakage deposit and refused to pay even half of the cost as discussed. What’s worse is the total lack of transparency or accountability. No one bothered to respond properly or explain their decision, they just went ahead and deducted the money. This is not how guests should be treated, especially after paying good money to stay there. It’s a shame because the property itself is great, but the management’s attitude and poor communication completely ruined the experience. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re willing to risk your deposit and deal with unprofessional behavior afterward.
