I do have an service plan with them, what is annoying is that they will contact me every week (sometimes up to three times a week) to sell me an extension of my service plan or to sell me a wear a tear cover. Today (27 Nov) I have so far received 3 calls 30 minutes apart with same selling pitch. This is getting really annoying.
I just bought a Renault Kiger Intens from Kia Weltevreden and would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to the following people Kgomotso This guy is a legend. He went above and beyond to assist me. He walked every step of this journey with me, explaining everything about the vehicle, sending pictures, answering all my questions that I had and keeping me up to date everyday on the progress of sale. If i didn't understand something, he will explain in detail. Kgomotso truelly is an asset to the branch and group. Like they say...."give this man a Bells" as he really deserves it. I can't thank Kgomotso enough for his professionalism, his friendliness and his patience (all the questions I had) during this journey. Thank you again for all your assistance. If i didn't understand something or wording on the documents, he will explain in detail which I really appreciated. Thank you for all your patience and professionalism during this journey Over all I really can't complain about the service I have received form Kia Weltevreden.
