Always received great service until the 24th of April, the customer service was horrible the person i spoke to didn’t want to understand that i was misinformed about something important she or he was just blunt made me wait 30+ minutes for a response, i then requested to log a complaint and that person ignored my request, i sent a complaint via email also still no response till this very day, so after this experience i wouldn’t recommend bloom to any family or friends anymore as a customer that was always happy with the service im extremely disappointed.
Horrible couldn’t get through to a consultant, i then sent an email to their cancellations department and these people were still taking money R160 from my account since 04/04/2025 i then went to the bank to cancel the subscription only for them to send threatening messages that i NEED to pay the account bladdy ******* if you asking me
