Horrible couldn’t get through to a consultant, i then sent an email to their cancellations department and these people were still taking money R160 from my account since 04/04/2025 i then went to the bank to cancel the subscription only for them to send threatening messages that i NEED to pay the account bladdy ******* if you asking me

I requested to cancel PERKS as it not beneficial for me at all. The lady advised sure we can cancel you will loose the benefits immediately but we will still debit you the end of March. For what? I mean I'm paying for something that does not work for me and you want to punish me by debiting again when i NEVER used any of your PERKS. i WANT THE DEBIT ORDER CANCELLED ASAP.

After speaking with a consultant, Lilitha, from Clientele Perks, I was advised to download their app to claim my R2000 voucher. Before proceeding, I researched the company and discovered numerous negative reviews, which led me to decide not to continue with their services. Despite this, I was shocked to find that a debit order had already been activated on my banking app without my approval or consent. I had not authorised any payment, nor had I even downloaded the app at the time. To make matters worse, Lilitha sent me two voicenotes that clearly demonstrate a lack of customer service skills, with no empathy or proper guidance for a customer who has been misled. The tone and conduct displayed were unprofessional and dismissive, which is unacceptable when handling financial matters. This situation is deeply concerning. Debit orders should only be processed with explicit consent from the account holder, and the lack of proper customer support further highlights misleading and negligent practices. I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company, as their practices may result in unauthorized debit orders and poor support, which may lead to struggling with debit order cancellation.

Hi. My experience with clientele perks. I was singed in without my concern. I cancelled the debit check. Few days i got call from them, they wanted to reinstate the pyramid scheme i told them i am not interested. On they 19th of November they debited on my account. I download the perks app to check if I have paid. Boom it says R160 pending but they debited. Please stay away of these ********s. They should cancel this nonsense and reward me my money. Never fall for they bull ****

I joined clientele perks thinking it would save on certain expenses and I could benefit from it. As soon as I joined I recieved all the benefits and was happy. Once my first debit order went off, the next month I did not receive any of the benefits. When I called the call center they said that's how it works and I would only receive the benefits the next month. So 1 month gone to waste Secondly, when I went to nu metro to redeem my 2 movie ticket vouchers. 1 went through successfully, the 2nd voucher did not work and just refused to go through Please do not make the mistake I did of joining these people
