I requested to cancel PERKS as it not beneficial for me at all. The lady advised sure we can cancel you will loose the benefits immediately but we will still debit you the end of March. For what? I mean I'm paying for something that does not work for me and you want to punish me by debiting again when i NEVER used any of your PERKS. i WANT THE DEBIT ORDER CANCELLED ASAP.
they have Robots working for them. Supervisors and Management are not available... chatting doesn't work for everyone... how can such a big company say that they Do Not make calls or receives calls.. it's okay for you to cut my service if my debit order fails. you send me a notification to say that it failed I update the banking details and 10 days later you tell me i'm suspended and i need to wait 24hrs for a debit order batch to be put in place. now from the 5th of May to the 12 May is a few days for you to debit but you don't, you suspend and tell me i need to go onto my portal and pay there you cant help me i need to wait 24hrs... My business must be down for 24hrs and it's okay for me to loose money for 2 days? You had enough days to debit my account but you didnt. I wish to cancel coz i cant deal with Robots, and you telling me that i cant cancel when my acc is suspended what the heck is that about? is that in your T&C if so please point it out. Mind you I pay my account on time monthly. but your "Robot" senior staff member in your billing department said I cant cancel. In the business world chatting has Never sealed a deal you need to talk to people and i can t be part of a service provider that doesn't know communication skills.
