I have been with Telkom since 2022, using their cellphone contract... I didn't have any problems up until this couple of months... -I will pay the phone at Pep but it will get closed and the demand a late payment fee. -the phone will be opened for couple of days then they suspend their service "due to no payment" even if I payed. -last month I went to their store I found out that I need to the last R2200 before my contract ends, so I payed R1200, knowing that I only have to pay R1000 this month to my surprise the invoice comes back that I owe them R1986. 00
-last month we had to pay R1800 after finding out that my granny no longer has access to indigents, we submitted all the papers and the electricity was opened, we were told that people will come to do evaluation, but they didn't. Thursday they closed the electricity again we had to pay R1000 once again only to find out they haven't processed the papers yet. Now we are suffering for people who fail to do their jobs
Had a bad experience with this burial society, my grandpa has been their loyal customer for over 20 years, the society used to provide a *** instead we got R3000 for meat, had to pay R600 for a DEATH CERTIFICATE something that is FREE at Home Affairs. -Had to pay R850 for a grave stone that shows when the person was born and died. -we were told we had to pay R2500 for the grave, come last day before the funeral we are told we had to pay R3200. -we had to pay for our own tent, even chairs not even funeral programs were made... -we had to go remove water inside the grave before the burial because the place they chose has water coming underneath.
