We recently returned from a trip to Botswana and noticed a rattle in our 2024 Wildtrak. We took it to the workshop at Halfway Ford Kuilsriver, and I must say — the service was absolutely brilliant! The team kept the vehicle for two days and provided constant feedback throughout the process. Their communication was clear, professional, and reassuring. When we got the vehicle back, it felt brand new again — the rattle was completely gone, and everything was in perfect condition.
