Very disappointing

Got them to come out and check out my garage door. Motor seemed to be working fine. They quoted me R4500 for a new motor. Another company came while they were here, I asked them to give me a 2nd opinion. All that was wrong was the programming of the motor. The other company programmed my motor and it’s working perfectly. Starck Garage Doors asked me to pay their call out fee and left.
