Very bad service

I took my Ford Focus ST 3 2014 for a service which and the car was driving perfect with no issues. Ford Human Auto Welkom told me that they is a fault on the engine which they are going to troubleshoot. As the car was with them for 2 weeks without any update, I kept making follow ups on my own. On this day I had to pay a tow truck to fetch my car from Ford which the engine was stripped and they gave me a quote that i need a new engine of R309 729.27, with a disbelieve that I drove me car in to them for a service but now i am collecting it with a tow truck. Going though their quote I also discovered that Motorcraft 5W-30 913D full Synthetic Motor Oil cost R145 441.80. If it was possible i would update pictures and the quotation. I also had to pay R6037.50 for stripping they said, so that i can be able to collect my car. I have never experienced a bad service this like this one in my entire life.
