A 3 month long frustrating process with Smart Appliance Centre. Our Whirlpool dishwasher’s original water inlet issue still isn’t fixed, despite several returns. We were told it was debris, but that wasn’t the cause of the initial fault. Communication has been very poor - ZERO call-backs or replies to messages. I stayed polite and patience throughout the process but I have not been treated correctly as a customer. Feeling very let down. We requested a refund since they have not actually fixed the appliance but they simply refused.
