Service Review – Artificial Grass Wholesalers Our experience with this service provider was highly disappointing and fell short of professional standards. Delays and Poor Time Management: The installation team arrived late on multiple occasions. On the first day, they arrived at 11:00 instead of the agreed 09:00, and only half of the required materials were delivered. This shortage had not been disclosed beforehand. The following day, they arrived at 09:30 instead of 08:30 and took a full hour lunch break despite minimal progress. They also rushed the work in order to leave early. Lack of Communication and Commitment: On the third day, the team failed to arrive or communicate any updates, leaving the installation incomplete. Unprofessional Conduct: The owner was confrontational and aggressive when concerns were raised, even threatening to damage the school’s reputation. During the inspection, Gabriel was rude and short-tempered, showing little regard for professional courtesy. Contractual and Financial Issues: We have overpaid by R3,555, according to the contract terms and payment policy. The company’s failure to complete the job and its behavior constitute a breach of contractual obligations. Our experience with Artificial Grass Wholesalers has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. Although we have paid over 90% of their fee, It has now been over a week, and we are still waiting — with no calls, no responses to emails nor our calls, and no feedback on when they plan to return and complete the work. We are highly frustrated with the condition they have left our playground under as it is depriving our children the chance to play/use the play ground for outside play time. We are still awaiting a response and would strongly advise others to be cautious before doing business with this company
