Best service ever!!!
From the quote to the installation, what a wonderful, seamless experience! Friendly, professional staff who clearly take great pride in what they do! The installation guys were amazing and made sure every inch was perfect before leaving. They cleaned up so well afterwards too! Highly recommended!!! Loving our new, hassle-free lawn! Stunning product!

From the quote to the installation, what a wonderful, seamless experience! Friendly, professional staff who clearly take great pride in what they do! The installation guys were amazing and made sure every inch was perfect before leaving. They cleaned up so well afterwards too! Highly recommended!!! Loving our new, hassle-free lawn! Service Review – Artificial Grass Wholesalers Our experience with this service provider was highly disappointing and fell short of professional standards. Delays and Poor Time Management: The installation team arrived late on multiple occasions. On the first day, they arrived at 11:00 instead of the agreed 09:00, and only half of the required materials were delivered. This shortage had not been disclosed beforehand. The following day, they arrived at 09:30 instead of 08:30 and took a full hour lunch break despite minimal progress. They also rushed the work in order to leave early. Lack of Communication and Commitment: On the third day, the team failed to arrive or communicate any updates, leaving the installation incomplete. Unprofessional Conduct: The owner was confrontational and aggressive when concerns were raised, even threatening to damage the school’s reputation. During the inspection, Gabriel was rude and short-tempered, showing little regard for professional courtesy. Contractual and Financial Issues: We have overpaid by R3,555, according to the contract terms and payment policy. The company’s failure to complete the job and its behavior constitute a breach of contractual obligations. Our experience with Artificial Grass Wholesalers has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. Although we have paid over 90% of their fee, It has now been over a week, and we are still waiting — with no calls, no responses to emails nor our calls, and no feedback on when they plan to return and complete the work. We are highly frustrated with the condition they have left our playground under as it is depriving our children the chance to play/use the play ground for outside play time. We are still awaiting a response and would strongly advise others to be cautious before doing business with this company

Inferior products
Poor after sale service. The products are of inferior quality. The owner is rude and dismissive. The company was Perfect Turfs, now changed to Artificial grass Wholesalers- same owner, just a different company name. Avoid at all costs

Used a substandard artificial grass product. After 3 months, the artificial grass began to melt away and the black plastic undercoat was visible. These were in the areas where there was sun. His product was advertised with an 8 year warranty against fading. When he was contacted, he failed to come out and assess the grass . He ignored emails and calls. He installs suboptimal products and doesn’t follow up on complaints. He was contacted at Perfect Turfs, then the company name was changed to Artificial Grass Wholesalers Miguel Benedito frequently changes the name and logo of his business.

He changed his company from Perfect Turfs( he was also selling suboptimal artificial grass ) - when clients caught him out, he changed to Artificial Grass Wholesalers . Go look at all the complaints on Perfect Turfs, he got his friends to write reviews on hello Peter for Artificial Grass wholesalers to cover the bad reviews. Jonathan Maanvelt handled our installation in Cape Town- he told us that we should contact the owner (Miguel). Our grass length also shrunk and the bases also became black. He is rude and just ignores the problem. He needs to be exposed. Contact me for my experience before you get caught in his trap . matildanakos@yahoo.com

He changed his company from Perfect Turfs( he was also selling suboptimal artificial grass ) - when clients caught him out, he changed to Artificial Grass Wholesalers . Go look at all the complaints on Perfect Turfs, he got his friends to write reviews on hello Peter for Artificial Grass wholesalers to cover the bad reviews. Used wrong product but refused to refund me
Used indoor lawn product outside 8 years ago, just after my husband past away, this man sold indoor artificial lawn to myself and my neighbor. After 1 summer the plastic began to melt away and the black plastic undercoat was visible. This was only in the areas where there was sun. He kept arguing that I did something to the grass. Even his own sales person agreed that the wrong product was used, unaware that it was actually hís company that had installed it. Miguel Benedito frequently changes the name and logo of his business. I now saw him running sponsored ads on Facebook using the email address *********** No use going to SAPS as they say it's a civil matter. And 8 yrs down the road he is stíll in business!? Eventually I had to deduct R80k from the sale price of my house to cover the cost of having the product replaced.
