Inferior products
Poor after sale service. The products are of inferior quality. The owner is rude and dismissive. The company was Perfect Turfs, now changed to Artificial grass Wholesalers- same owner, just a different company name. Avoid at all costs

Stay away from craft homes
My experience has been one of the worst. I bought my unit at waterfall Ridge. Since I bought it, there has been on going damp issues. The developers take no responsibility whatsoever. Each time we notify them, they give us the run around- we must get a damp expert to assess. The report clearly says “the damp is from incorrect ratio of plaster and cement leading to lateral damp” . The developers response after ignoring my mails are “they will not be attending to the damp. The body corporate must attend to hairline cracks and maintainence of the building”. This has nothing to do with poor construction practises. The body corp says that it’s a construction issue. Craft homes takes zero responsibility for poor construction. A lot of units at waterfall ridge are experiencing the same. Some units tiles suddenly cracked through its entirety from being poorly laid. Nearly all units had to have the geysers replaced and the solar units changed…and they took zero responsibility. The car shade nets were damaged during the hail and the insurance also refused to pay out because they said that the awnings were not correctly installed by craft homes. I would stay very far from this company. They build suboptimal units and then run away from the poor workmanship

Poor quality artificial grass
Used a substandard artificial grass product. After 3 months, the artificial grass began to melt away and the black plastic undercoat was visible. These were in the areas where there was sun. His product was advertised with an 8 year warranty against fading. When he was contacted, he failed to come out and assess the grass . He ignored emails and calls. He installs suboptimal products and doesn’t follow up on complaints. He was contacted at Perfect Turfs, then the company name was changed to Artificial Grass Wholesalers Miguel Benedito frequently changes the name and logo of his business.

Poor quality artificial grass
Worse experience with Miguel Benedito, he is dishonest and keeps changing his company name. He changed his company from Perfect Turfs( he was also selling suboptimal artificial grass ) - when clients caught him out, he changed to Artificial Grass Wholesalers . Go look at all the complaints on Perfect Turfs, he got his friends to write reviews on hello Peter for Artificial Grass wholesalers to cover the bad reviews. Jonathan Maanvelt handled our installation in Cape Town- he told us that we should contact the owner (Miguel). Our grass length also shrunk and the bases also became black. He is rude and just ignores the problem. He needs to be exposed. Contact me for my experience before you get caught in his trap . matildanakos@yahoo.com
