Poor quality artificial grass
Used a substandard artificial grass product. After 3 months, the artificial grass began to melt away and the black plastic undercoat was visible. These were in the areas where there was sun. His product was advertised with an 8 year warranty against fading. When he was contacted, he failed to come out and assess the grass . He ignored emails and calls. He installs suboptimal products and doesn’t follow up on complaints. He was contacted at Perfect Turfs, then the company name was changed to Artificial Grass Wholesalers Miguel Benedito frequently changes the name and logo of his business.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS (SISTER COMPANY TO ARTIFICIAL GRASS WHOLESALERS)
This is a "sister" company to Artificial Grass Wholesalers, both owned by the same guy - Miguel Benedito. See the reviews on Artificial Grass Wholesalers too to get an understanding of what it is like dealing with these companies and, more particularly, their owner Miguel. Terrible experience with zero customer service skills and attempts to overcharge. STAY FAR AWAY unless you want headaches.

Perfect Turfs - STAY AWAY!!!
STAY AWAY! RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN! Took me sometime to find the time and energy to post this short review. I see the owner Miguel Benedito has 2 different company names, Perfect Turfs and Artificial Grass Wholesalers. Long story short, I really liked the grass being their 35mm supreme product but the manager in the Cape Town office Johnathan Malneveldt and his wife (who handles their installations) are just plain dishonest and have ZERO experience in customer relations. They basically inflated my square meterage area and thought I would just trust them and pay up. After I got all of them at my house to measure up together, it was found that the area was not the same as per their original quote. They basically wanted to charge me for more than what was installed. The installer also attempted to steal my cobbles that I recently bought by packing it into his bakkie along with the off-cuts of grass that I was being charged for. They all then had a screaming match at my house. Had to get them removed and BANNED from my estate! I also have seen little shortcuts that were taken on my grass installation and some parts of my grass are not glued down properly on the edges. Also they did not put the required amount of silica sand on the grass. I’ve also recently discovered that the grass has lines and I’ve been told by professionals in the business that’s it’s a defect in the actual grass. I called Miguel Benedito and basically does not want to honour the guarantee. Just basically ignored me. GIVE THEM A MISS! Perfect turfs or Artificial Grass Wholesalers JETSE (CPT/JHB) have given me the WORST experience of my life! I see that a class action lawsuit will be coming his way! Piece of utter rubbish, SCUM!!

NOT perfect!
After only 1 summer the turf deteriorated in the sunny spots. Request to the owner, Miguel Benedito, to view the less than a year old turf, was ignored. He also ignored letter of final demand by my attorney. My loss at this time is about R100k! I video taped their installer who acknowledged that INDOOR turf was used outside (he didn't know his company installed it). That is probably why their quote was a third less than other companies. He also overcharged me with an extra 60m2! As consumers we should now stand together and start a class action lawsuit. I have had him checked. He ownes various companies and properties, so he has enough assets. Contact me on ********** 107 if you are interested in joining a class action lawsuit, and to bring justice to this guy.

Perfect turfs cape town is a non-trustworthy company
Perfect turfs cape town Is thieves. They sell you grass and tell you get 6 years warranty over the phone. Then when the job is done I had to get them back 8 times for bad workmanship and 10 months down the line the grass deteriorates completely from a 22mm length grass not 2mm if you lucky. All the black seems are showing and all the grass is falling out leaving the black base exposed. Then they slap you with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery. This is robbery as I paid almost R10 000 (R350 psqm) for grass to last me only 10 Months. This Miguel guy is a thief and is avoiding all my emails. Don’t trust this company at all.

Classic Buck passing
Supplied me with artificial grass. A year later the grass became patchy and black. Refused to deal with the issue as “their supplier does not give a guarantee “ Do not risk dealing with this company!
