Excellent Experience
Exceptional service from order through to delivery. The team communicated on WhatsApp regarding the progress of the order and managed to deliver it ahead of the estimated time. Will definitely buy from them again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS (SISTER COMPANY TO ARTIFICIAL GRASS WHOLESALERS)
This is a "sister" company to Artificial Grass Wholesalers, both owned by the same guy - Miguel Benedito. See the reviews on Artificial Grass Wholesalers too to get an understanding of what it is like dealing with these companies and, more particularly, their owner Miguel. Terrible experience with zero customer service skills and attempts to overcharge. STAY FAR AWAY unless you want headaches.

BEWARE
Dealing with the Jo'burg branch of Artificial Grass Wholesalers has been an extremely disappointing experience. The company's owner, Miguel, has zero customer service skills. We witnessed rude, uncaring and unapologetic behaviour from start to finish. They attempted to inflate the initial measurement of the area that needed to be covered by almost 30%. This was called out and they subsequently adjusted their quote to the actual measurements. During installation, the installers damaged a power cable running under the artificial grass. The cable was poorly reconnected and buried again. When we experienced problems with it, Miguel made-up excuses alleging that the company's full invoice had not been paid (despite sending him the quote and proof of payment of full amount quoted). Eventually, no response was received from him when all facts were laid out. This was all to avoid assisting with properly sealing the cable that his workers had damaged! Avoid this company at all cost unless you crave poor customer service, unhelpfulness, rudeness and want to get played for a fool!
