Facebook cannot be trusted with support of accounts. They decide on what they support. If something is outside their norms it is not supported. Surely if a company have an administrator and the administrator leave without assisting to transfer the account they should provide for resetting of the account.
I am the Trust Director for a trust | CHABAHIVA Trust. I have no alternative but to report this matter, because FB do not respond to login support requests. How long are consumers going to tolerate this level of support from these multinationals. FB have an office in JHB but it is not possible to reach them. There is no direct way of making contact except for arbitrarily defined support request on the FB support page. The situation is | We dismissed the an employee and a handover process occurred. The employee however deliberately not shared all details for the management of the FB account. It is impossible to communicate with FB regarding this matter. There is no scenario in the support to register this problem. I have already reported this 3 times and are seeking help to ensure the page can be reassigned to the new Marketing and COMMS specialist. Where do I go from here.?????
