Dear Hello Peter, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my parcel by Aramex. On [4th February 2026], I entrusted Aramex with the delivery of my parcel to the following address: [St Albans Maximum, Private Bag X6055 Old Cape Road 6000 in Port Elizabeth]. However, the tracking status indicates that the parcel was delivered to an incorrect address in Johannesburg I request that you: 1. Investigate this matter urgently and provide a detailed report on the circumstances surrounding the incorrect delivery. 2. Locate the parcel and arrange for it to be re-routed to the original delivery address in Port Elizabeth within the next 48 hours. 3. Provide a written apology for the error and confirm in writing the actions you will take to prevent similar errors in future. 4. Inform me of any additional steps I need to take to facilitate the re-delivery of my parcel. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the actions you will take to resolve this issue. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within the next 48 hours, I will be forced to escalate this matter further. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
